Peran Kecerdasan Buatan dalam Pengembangan Kompetensi Guru: Penguatan Literasi Digital dan Data

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dalam transformasi kompetensi guru, khususnya pada penguatan literasi digital dan literasi data, serta tantangan implementasinya dalam ekosistem pendidikan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian literatur terintegrasi dengan menelaah temuan empiris dan konseptual dari berbagai penelitian mutakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa AI secara signifikan mentransformasi kompetensi pedagogis guru melalui sistem pembelajaran adaptif, learning analytics, dan intelligent tutoring systems yang menggeser peran guru dari penyampai informasi menjadi fasilitator berbasis data. Pada saat yang sama, literasi digital berkembang dari sekadar keterampilan teknis menjadi kompetensi kritis yang mencakup pemahaman algoritmik, evaluasi sistem digital, serta kesadaran etis dalam penggunaan teknologi. Literasi data juga muncul sebagai kompetensi inti dalam pengambilan keputusan pedagogis berbasis bukti, di mana guru berperan sebagai analis pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan data real-time untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Namun demikian, implementasi AI masih menghadapi kesenjangan kompetensi, keterbatasan infrastruktur, serta isu etika seperti privasi data dan bias algoritmik. Kajian ini menegaskan adanya implementation gap antara potensi teknologi dan kesiapan guru serta institusi pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, transformasi berbasis AI menuntut pengembangan kompetensi guru yang holistik, berkelanjutan, dan berorientasi etika agar integrasi AI benar-benar bersifat transformatif, bukan sekadar instrumental dalam pendidikan abad ke-21.
