Manajemen Pendidikan di Era Society 5.0: Strategi, Tantangan, dan Peluang

Abstract

Era Society 5.0 membawa perubahan mendasar dalam tata kelola pendidikan melalui integrasi teknologi digital, kecerdasan buatan, dan pengelolaan berbasis data. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi, tantangan, dan peluang manajemen pendidikan di era Society 5.0 melalui kajian literatur terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan dan mutakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi manajemen pendidikan di era Society 5.0 menuntut perubahan yang bersifat holistik melalui integrasi teknologi, kepemimpinan adaptif, budaya organisasi inovatif, dan tata kelola yang responsif terhadap perkembangan digital. Upaya tersebut perlu didukung oleh penguatan kompetensi digital dan literasi data, pengembangan kepemimpinan transformasional, pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan secara etis, inovasi kurikulum, serta pembangunan ekosistem pendidikan digital yang berkelanjutan. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, antara lain kesenjangan kompetensi digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur, rendahnya literasi data, resistensi terhadap perubahan organisasi, serta isu etika, keamanan, dan privasi data. Di sisi lain, era Society 5.0 menghadirkan peluang strategis bagi peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui personalisasi pembelajaran, pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, perluasan akses layanan pendidikan, penguatan kolaborasi multipihak, inovasi asesmen, serta peningkatan relevansi kurikulum dengan kebutuhan abad ke-21. Oleh karena itu, keberhasilan transformasi pendidikan di era Society 5.0 bergantung pada manajemen pendidikan yang adaptif, kolaboratif, berorientasi pada manusia, serta mampu menyeimbangkan inovasi teknologi dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan berkelanjutan.
