Abstract

Perkembangan Society 5.0 menuntut transformasi pendidikan yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada digitalisasi, tetapi juga pada integrasi sistemik antara manusia, teknologi, dan nilai kemanusiaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengonstruksi Smart Learning Ecosystems (SLE) sebagai kerangka manajemen pendidikan adaptif yang mengintegrasikan dimensi mikro, meso, dan makro secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan narrative review dengan sintesis tematik terhadap literatur terkini mengenai artificial intelligence, learning analytics, kompetensi digital, tata kelola pendidikan, serta etika dan keberlanjutan dalam pendidikan digital. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pada level mikro, efektivitas SLE ditentukan oleh integrasi peserta didik, pendidik, teknologi cerdas, dan pedagogi digital yang bersifat adaptif, dengan kompetensi digital sebagai prasyarat utama. Pada level meso, keberhasilan implementasi SLE bergantung pada kesiapan institusional yang mencakup kepemimpinan berbasis data, budaya organisasi kolaboratif, serta keselarasan antara visi strategis, kebijakan, dan praktik implementasi. Pada level makro, SLE berkembang dalam ekosistem kebijakan yang melibatkan kolaborasi multipihak serta regulasi yang bersifat antisipatif dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, tantangan utama transformasi pendidikan bukan terletak pada ketersediaan teknologi, melainkan pada kemampuan mengorkestrasi tata kelola, kompetensi manusia, dan dukungan ekosistem secara terpadu. Oleh karena itu, SLE diposisikan sebagai kerangka manajemen pendidikan adaptif yang menempatkan teknologi sebagai enabler untuk memperkuat pembelajaran yang humanis, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan di era Society 5.0.
