All editorial and publication processes follow the principles and best practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher are expected to comply with the following ethical responsibilities throughout the publication process.

1. Author Responsibilities

• Submit original manuscripts that have not been previously published and are not under consideration by another journal.
• Ensure that all research data, empirical results, technological implementations, and information presented are accurate, reliable, and scientifically accountable.
• Avoid plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, image manipulation, and any other form of research misconduct.
• Provide complete and accurate citations for all theoretical frameworks, algorithms, methodologies, and literature used in the manuscript.
• Disclose any potential conflicts of interest and financial support or grant funding that may influence the research or its interpretation.
• Ensure that all listed authors have made significant scholarly contributions to the research design, data collection, analysis, and manuscript preparation.
• Cooperate fully with editors to provide necessary corrections, clarifications, or retractions whenever an error or inaccuracy is identified in published work.
• Accept responsibility for the scientific integrity and validity of the published work.

2. Editor Responsibilities

• Make editorial decisions objectively based on academic quality, originality, scientific rigor, and contribution of the manuscript to education, science, and technology.
• Ensure that the editorial process is fair, transparent, unbiased, and free from discrimination.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts, reviewer reports, and related communications.
• Manage the double-blind peer-review process professionally while actively avoiding any conflicts of interest.
• Handle ethical concerns and misconduct allegations promptly and thoroughly in accordance with COPE guidelines.
• Refrain from using unpublished information or data obtained from submitted manuscripts for personal research or commercial advantage.

3. Reviewer Responsibilities

• Evaluate manuscripts objectively, independently, and strictly within their area of expertise in education, science, or technology.
• Provide constructive, evidence-based, and professional recommendations to help authors enhance the clarity, methodology, and scientific quality of their work.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all manuscript contents during and after the review process.
• Complete reviews promptly and professionally within the agreed review period.
• Inform the editor immediately of any potential conflicts of interest or suspected ethical concerns, including plagiarism or duplicate publication.

4. Publisher Responsibilities

• Support an independent, transparent, and ethical editorial decision-making process free from commercial influence.
• Maintain the quality, integrity, and long-term digital preservation of scholarly publications.
• Handle allegations of publication misconduct professionally, fairly, transparently, and in accordance with COPE guidelines.
• Support corrections, clarifications, expressions of concern, article retractions, or other appropriate editorial actions when necessary to preserve the integrity of the scholarly record.
• Provide infrastructure and policies that ensure transparent publishing, open access, and copyright compliance.
