The second issue of RESET: Review of Education, Science, and Technology (Volume 1, Number 2) continues the journal’s commitment to advancing scholarly discourse in education, science, and technology through interdisciplinary perspectives. This issue features studies and critical reviews addressing character education and socio-emotional development, constructivist and problem-based learning strategies, interactive digital learning media, and educational challenges in the context of Society 5.0, alongside applied scientific research on postharvest processing and quality characteristics of Arabica coffee cultivars.
