Peran Joyful Learning dalam Mendukung Efektivitas dan Adaptabilitas Pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Peningkatan efektivitas dan adaptabilitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar menjadi tuntutan utama dalam implementasi kurikulum yang menekankan pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa, bermakna, dan menyenangkan. Joyful learning diposisikan sebagai pendekatan pedagogis potensial, namun masih terdapat kesenjangan antara konseptualisasi, implementasi, dan kedalaman capaian kognitif yang dihasilkan di ruang kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran joyful learning dalam mendukung efektivitas dan adaptabilitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah critical review dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dianalisis secara tematik, meliputi mekanisme pedagogis, efektivitas berbasis keterlibatan, adaptabilitas siswa, paradoks kesenangan-kedalaman, peran guru sebagai desainer pembelajaran, dan integrasinya dalam kurikulum. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa joyful learning secara konsisten meningkatkan keterlibatan, motivasi, dan adaptabilitas siswa, namun efektivitasnya sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas desain instruksional, kejelasan tujuan pembelajaran, serta dukungan ekosistem pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, joyful learning merupakan mekanisme pedagogis strategis yang hanya optimal apabila diintegrasikan secara seimbang antara tujuan afektif dan kognitif, serta didukung penguatan kompetensi guru dan kebijakan pendidikan yang berkelanjutan dalam konteks sekolah dasar.
