All editorial and publication processes follow the principles and best practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher are expected to comply with the following ethical responsibilities throughout the publication process.

1. Author Responsibilities

• Submit original manuscripts that have not been previously published and are not under consideration by another journal.
• Ensure that all research data, results, and information presented are accurate, reliable, and scientifically accountable.
• Avoid plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, and any other form of research misconduct.
• Provide complete and accurate citations for all sources used in the manuscript.
• Disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may influence the research or its interpretation.
• Ensure that all listed authors have made significant scholarly contributions to the research and manuscript preparation.
• Accept responsibility for the scientific integrity and validity of the published work.

2. Editor Responsibilities

• Make editorial decisions objectively based on the academic quality, originality, and scientific contribution of the manuscript.
• Ensure that the editorial process is fair, transparent, unbiased, and free from discrimination.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts and related communications.
• Manage the peer-review process professionally and avoid conflicts of interest.
• Refrain from using unpublished information obtained through submitted manuscripts for personal benefit.

3. Reviewer Responsibilities

• Evaluate manuscripts objectively, independently, and within their area of expertise.
• Provide constructive, evidence-based, and professional recommendations to improve manuscript quality.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all manuscript contents during the review process.
• Complete reviews promptly and professionally within the agreed review period.
• Inform the editor of any conflicts of interest or suspected ethical concerns, including plagiarism or duplicate publication.

4. Publisher Responsibilities

• Support an independent, transparent, and ethical editorial process.
• Maintain the quality and integrity of scholarly publications through consistent implementation of publication ethics.
• Handle allegations of publication misconduct professionally, fairly, transparently, and in accordance with COPE guidelines.
• Support corrections, clarifications, expressions of concern, article retractions, or other appropriate editorial actions when necessary to preserve the integrity of the scholarly record.
