JINEA: Journal of Educational Innovation and Learning uses the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries. This system allows libraries to create a permanent archive of the journal for preservation and restoration purposes.

In addition, JINEA submits its content to various indexing institutions such as Google Scholar, Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital), and several other journal indexers. This ensures that the content is widely available and can be accessed by the public on an ongoing basis.
